I'm a bot - visit me in /r/edhrec or edhrec.So after much time spent building I am still having trouble getting to the final 99, which is why there is about 106 cards in the deck. TL DR: Looking for help making my Jarad deck more group friendly, probably through the lens of a 75% deck.

I'm sure both myself and my playgroup will appreciate whatever advice you guys can give. I'd be open to going back into some of the options relating to those cards, especially if you guys have other suggestions as to how I could use them. One of the things I tried to do early in the deck's lifespan was to include a lot of Lhurgoyf type cards (], ], ], ]), but most of those have fallen by the wayside as I have improved the deck.

I'm really looking forward to hearing what you guys have to say about the deck and how I can make it a more fun experience for everyone. My friends don't like how many tutors are in the deck, so I figured I could scale it back a little, but I'm worried cutting too many would make it hard to consistently draw into my engine cards. In the midgame the deck mostly just wants to play a reanimator gameplan until it can set up its winning board, which almost always comes from either Greater Good or ], which Jarad's ability being activated to finish everyone off.

Jarad himself often gets pretty big and can sometimes be sacrificed to Greater Good for a lot of card draw. It also works very nicely in a deck like Jarad which wants to have a bunch of big creatures to sacrifice, since you can sac them for draw now and then get them back later to kill people. I really like how it interacts with dredge cards, allowing you to replace the draws with dredges, and then pitch the dredgers right back into the graveyard with the discard. I originally built the deck around one of my favorite cards: ]. I think this is a great philosophy for building decks and keeping things fun, but due to being a fairly spike-ish player, I sometimes have a hard time following through on the ideas, which is why I'm looking for some help from you guys. I'm sure most of you guys have heard of the concept of a 75% deck, but just in case you haven't, here's a link. I'm hoping to tone it down a little bit without losing the things that make the deck fun for me. My group doesn't really like playing against the deck because it has gotten very efficient at tutoring and closing out the game.
